Great to see many of you at the Writing Zoom today.
We are learning how to extend our writing ideas with the use of FANBOYS (conjuctions). Rewatch the clip linked below to see how these conjunctions are used.
Once you have drawn your own "Wild Thing" plan out your story using the headings - beginning, Middle and End.
In the beginning you describe your character, tell what they do, where they live and the type of Wild Thing they are.
The middle is where you bring in a problem. In my story it is people coming and being mean to my Wild Thing which makes her run away crying.
The ending wraps up your story. It can be happy, sad or lead to perhaps another chapter. In my story a kind boy brings her berries and they become friends.
Remember to include some similes, plenty of description and use FANBOYS.
